Age Requirements

A parent or guardian must accompany guests 16 or younger into the spa. Children cannot be accommodated in treatment rooms unless they are receiving services.

Jewelry And Valuables

Please leave jewelry and valuables at home or in your hotel room as we cannot be responsible for their loss or damage.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for services or dollar amounts. They do not expire, but after one year they are honored at their purchase price. Please present your gift certificate at the time of your service.

Spa Parties

Our spa coordinators are happy to help you plan your special group celebration or corporate event. Please inquire.

Policies

Reservations

Please provide a credit card or gift certificate number to reserve your appointment. We request that you arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals will be accommodated as our schedule allows, however you are responsible for your full reservation. Please specify any special needs or requests to insure the best possible spa experience.

Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. Sparrow Spa reserves the right to charge for any service not cancelled within this time.

Gratuities

We recognize that gratuities are given to show appreciation for excellent service, so we believe that this should be left to the client's discretion. The Sparrow staff graciously accepts gratuities, but we do not automatically add a service charge or gratuity to your treatment cost.

Spa Etiquette

We have created a serene atmosphere for everyone to enjoy so we thank you for your consideration of other clients. Please silence cell phones and pagers, as their use is not permitted. Our front desk staff will assist you with any emergencies.
